Prepared with layers of cake and cream filling. Genoise (egg-rich golden sponge cake) with your choice of Strawberry, Lemon, or Raspberry fruit cream, or Devil's Food cake with your choice of Chocolate or Grasshopper (creme de menthe) bavarian cream filling.
Soufflé cakes will not melt, and are best served cold. All soufflé cakes are frozen when prepared. We recommend that you keep your soufflé cake in a freezer or refrigerator. Remove from the freezer approximately two hours prior to serving, or refrigerate for at least five hours and remove 15-30 minutes prior to serving.
